As a Logistics Coordinator at HUST, you will be responsible for travel, shipping, and event logistics. You will coordinate practical arrangements for races, workshops, and international competitions to keep the team running efficiently.

Arrange travel, accommodation, and meals for competitions and events
Plan and organize the transport of our solar car to Belgium (iESC) and Australia (BWSC)
Support the team with practical arrangements for events outside the campus
Coordinate logistics for team clothing, equipment, and materials
Collaborate with the rest of the PR subteam to ensure smooth operations

All four roles collaborate closely – you’ll have your own area of responsibility but will also support each other to make the team succeed.
