As a Media Coordinator at HUST, you will focus on content creation, social media, and visual branding. You will capture the team’s story through creative media, manage our online presence, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

  • Capture and edit photos and videos during events, workshops, and competitions

  • Contribute to website content and visual branding

  • Design marketing materials, graphics, and team clothing

  • Work closely with the rest of the PR subteam to share HUST’s story

Together, the PR subteam ensures that HUST maintains strong partnerships, a professional image, and smooth operations when competing internationally.
This means managing our communication and media presence, building relationships with companies and securing sponsorships, taking care of budgeting and accounting, and planning travel, shipping, accommodation, and logistics for competitions.

All four roles collaborate closely – you’ll have your own area of responsibility but will also support each other to make the team succeed.
