Wheel Assembly Engineer
HUST is currently seeking one dedicated student to join the Suspension/Chassi assembly team for the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge 2027. As a Suspension/Chassi Engineer at HUST, you will be responsible for designing, assembling, and optimizing the car’s wheel and suspension systems. Your work will directly affect handling, safety, and the overall driving performance of the solar car.

Take responsibility for the Suspension/Chassi assembly

Initiate discussion with our dedicated partners
Work closely with the mechanical team to bring the car’s design to life
As part of this role, you will:
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong interest in manufacturing processes
Isn’t afraid of setbacks and challenges
Is passionate about sustainability, technology, and innovation
Has basic CAD skills
Has some experience with mechanical systems or materials (preferred but not mandatory)
Skills in Finite Element Method (FEM) simulation and ANSYS (preferred but not mandatory)
