Corporate Relations Coordinator
Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics
Being part of HUST is an incredible opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge I have gained throughout my studies in business and economics. It is a chance not everyone receives, and I am truly grateful to be part of this team. For me, being involved in HUST means stepping into a real-world environment where responsibility, collaboration, and ambition come together. It allows me to challenge myself, grow, and contribute to something meaningful alongside driven and inspiring people. For me, being involved in HUST means stepping into a place where I can challenge myself and truly grow, both personally and professionally.
As Corporate Relations Manager, I get to work closely with people, build real connections, and represent our team in a way that makes me proud. I’m learning how to communicate with confidence, take initiative, and trust my own abilities — things that I know will shape me far beyond this project.
What I appreciate most about HUST is the team itself. Being surrounded by ambitious, supportive, and inspiring people motivates me every day. We push each other, we learn from each other, and we create an environment where everyone has the chance to succeed. For me, that shared drive and sense of belonging is what makes HUST truly special.

For me, being part of HUST means contributing to a dedicated team that develops sustainable solutions in solar-powered vehicle technology while growing in an environment where collaboration truly matters.
As Media Coordinator, I learn how to communicate technical and sustainability-focused ideas clearly and visually. I manage our external profile, document our progress, and create content that reflects our innovation and commitment to renewable energy—while continually improving my skills in photography, design, writing, and social media.
What I value most about HUST is the strong sense of community and the opportunity to work toward a goal that genuinely makes a difference. The mix of creativity, technology, and sustainability makes HUST a unique project that helps me grow both personally and professionally.

Financial Coordinator
Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics
Being a part of HUST has been giving me so much more than what I could ever expect going into the project. It started as a perfect opportunity to make the theory in school come alive, but has turned out to be a place where I can grow both socially and academically, constantly learning and challenging myself in ways I never anticipated.
Being a part of HUST means being given the opportunity to gain real-life experience beyond what is learned in the classroom. A place where ambition and responsibility comes together to create something innovative and new. I get to work independently, and develop the kind of practical skills that can only be gained through hands-on involvement in a project of this scale.
As the financial coordinator I am responsible for HUSTs economy and I make sure the financial process runs smoothly. My work helps provide the technical team with the stability and structure they need to build a competitive solar-driven car.
I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to be part of Team HUST and to play a role in such a fun and developing project!

Logistics Coordinator

Being part of HUST for me, means working closely with a dedicated group of people towards a clear, shared goal. It has been a fun and rewarding way to experience real teamwork, build a strong sense of community, and learn how to structure and organise work in a larger group while taking responsibility for important tasks.
As a part of Logistics, I am responsible for planning and coordinating practical details so that the team can function as smoothly as possible. Through this role I have developed my skills in organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving under time pressure. The best part about HUST is seeing how everyone’s different skills come together in one project and knowing that my work helps make that possible.

For me, HUST has been the technical cornerstone of my education. A place where my curiosity for engineering has been allowed to grow, take shape, and become something real. What started as an interest soon turned into hands-on experience, meaningful teamwork, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
I joined HUST in the autumn of 2023, stepping into the role of Event manager. In this position, I planned and executed a wide range of events, both for our internal team and together with key partners. Each event taught me something new about coordination, creativity, and the importance of creating memorable experiences.
During BWSC 2025, I had the privilege of being the team's Safety Officer. Being responsible for everyone's safety and well-being was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. It pushed me to stay calm under pressure, make quick and thoughtful decisions, and balance multiple responsibilities at once. It gave me a real taste of what it's like to work in demanding environments where teamwork, trust, and communication are essential.
What I value most about HUST is the sense of community. You work side by side toward a shared goal, driven by passion and the belief that every contribution matters. HUST has shaped me both personally and professionally, and continues to motivate me to grow, learn and take on new challenges.
